Since 1998, Nanny Connections has met the needs of the increasing demand for experienced nannies. We offer full and part time Nannies that may live-in or live out of your home. In addition, we also place On Call Nannies. Mother's Helpers, Household Managers, Infant /Newborn Care Specialists and Housekeepers. We are focused on customer service and dedication to detail. Our passion for establishing long term, successful placements sets us apart from the competition. Our business continues to grow through referrals from our satisfied clientele and nannies.

Founder

President and Director of Placement, Tiffanie Kinder, founded Nanny Connections in August of 1998 to provide parents with a source for educated nannies. She has taken her hands-on experiences as a Mother, Professional Nanny and Childcare Coordinator for the five-star American Club in Kohler, WI and blended it with her entrepreneurial spirit and love for children to develop her own successful business. Mrs. Kinder holds a degree in Hospitality and her skills and passion for customer service lead the prestigious Walt Disney Institute to select her to attend their world-renowned customer service internship program. This amazing educational experience has strengthened her fundamental talent to exceed her customer's expectations. Her satisfied clientele inspired her to expand the organization's placement services to include a variety of other domestic staffing positions such as mother's helpers, household managers, infant /newborn care specialists and housekeepers. Mrs. Kinder's depth of understanding in this industry on the business side and the "emotional" side has lead her business to become known as one of the most well-respected agencies in Midwest.
